Within 30 days from the date of purchase, the Customer has the right to request a product replacement or to ask for a return and refund if, for any reason, they are not satisfied. After the 30-day period, the Customer's request will no longer be considered. The process is extremely simple, FREE in all EU countries (+Monaco) and on all orders.
We provide a free pick-up service with courrier at the location most convenient to you. Simply send an e-mail to info@cainsmoore.it stating:
- First and last name
- Order numbe
- Item to be returned/replaced
- Specify the reason for the return
Place all items to be returned/exchanged in their original packaging and wrapping, indicating on the package our destination address (DELLA ROVERE S.R.L. via del Molinetto 40/A 44014 Longastrino , FE). The articles must be new, unused and in perfect condition, with all the pendants and labels attached.
Once we have received the items, we will credit your payment within 4 working days using the original payment method, or we will ship the new items you have selected. We can only accept unworn and unwashed items with the original packaging materials.
