When your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from the courier, including the tracking number to monitor the shipment.
The standard delivery times are as follows: Mainland Italy: 24-48 hours, Italian Islands: up to 72 hours.
*Our couriers deliver exclusively on working days. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed starting Monday.
Shipping is free for all deliveries within Italy.
To make a return, simply send an email to info@cainsmoore.it including your full name, order number, reason for the return, your address with the preferred time slot for the pick-up, and your IBAN if the order was paid by credit card. We will promptly provide you with detailed instructions to complete the return process.
